Being "inside" means this: we don't advise from the outside, we get into your system, your code, your processes, the tools you use every day, and we build what's needed right there. Models, agents, automations: not promises, work that runs in production. In the technical world it's called Forward Deployed AI Engineering. Here we just call it doing the job all the way through.

How we work from the inside

We step into the stack you already have: we read the real data and processes, not an abstract case; we build what's needed, where the work can actually absorb it; we stay until it works, and until whoever uses it knows how to hold it.
